Wildflower Canoe, Barren Tree Canoe, hand carved aluminum canoe, 10ft-14ft.
Originally created as part of a performance art piece in which the artist portaged a carved canoe along forgotten portage trails. These canoes have been installed as lighting features and re-imagined as opulent hanging chandeliers, like a Moroccan piercework light with a Canadian twist.
